Ummm...get a permit...just thinking aloud.......
I have a house in Kenton county KY. House is paid off and tried to sell to my daughter. Financing failed due to a room addition built approx. 10 years ago (2004), and apparently NO Building permit on record and now told the house cannot be sold without a ten year old permit that the contractor failed to get. Confusing thing is I bought the house from my parents, addition was already built, I got Financing and the building permit was not even an issue. How can this happen? and what can I do to get right the wrong? thx :)
