Spray vegetable oil is the absolute best. It will cover the ant's body and they will smother and they will carry it back tot he nest where it will contaminate the eggs and they won't hatch and the nest dies.
Go to HD or Lowes and get Spectracide Ant and Termite killer and spray around the foundation and the bottoms of the doors. Or you can use a watering can with a sprinkler. I do it in April and July.
I have many tiny, black ants in the house. My front and back yards are covered in ant hills. So, what kills them the best? I don't mean cost-relative, I don't mean safest, I don't mean greenest, I don't mean most humane. What kills those little SOBs the hardest irregardless of side effects?
