It must've become frozen at some point. Take it back to where you'd purchased it and ask for a refund. You'll have to strip the paint from the surface before applying it again.

Hey y'all!

A few months ago, I painted a couple of tables with this black acrylic latex. I let each coat dry for a couple of days before I put on the next and I want to say that I put on about 3-4 maybe 5 coats. Now, maybe I didn't let some of the coats dry long enough because most of the surface, especially the sides, are sticky/tacky. It is really annoying and I would like to salvage these tables somehow b/c I do not have the money to buy new ones.

Can anyone recommend a way I can fix this problem? It is ACRYLIC LATEX which is different than just plain on latex paint and something I am not very familiar with.
