Flying ants / termites / queen ants generally have clear wings. Not ones with a pattern. And I think they have multiple wings.
What you have there is a type of fly, I believe. Flies are hard to identify unless you are willing to do things like count the segments in the legs, etc. But a quick look online shows me this type of fruit fly, which looks a lot like yours:

The picture is not clear. A new queen ant that leaves the queen mother's nest looks like an ant with wings and some of the winged ants are males. After the new queens and males have their martial flight, the males die and the new queens find a place to make a nest and when they do, they kick their wings off.
Is this a queen ant? If not, does anyone know what bug this is?
