Hi yes many old councils allow such exchanges. with building associations but you do need to read the small print. better still use a solicitor.

Are UK house part-exchange schemes only relevant to new builds? i.e. someone participating in the scheme would be part-exchanging their home for a new build?

Are there schemes where you could part-exchange for a non-new build?
