600 sq feet? Sounds like an illegal rental. Does the bathroom door open off the kitchen? Illegal under every building code in the US.
At least you don't have to pay for the water/garbage/sewer, that will run you $130 a month here .
I am moving into a one bedroom apartment in 2 weeks with my husband.
