They sell a sealant at home depot for this purpose.

So I had the cement fixed outside my building because water was seeping in my basement during very hard rains. However I want to take extra precaution and apply a sealant on the inside. My basement walls are wood panel. Anyone know of any type of sealant I can use that's easy to apply (ie paint or spray on) and that doesn't have a strong oder, my basement is also a play area for kids.
