fans dont come on when somebody uses the toilet ..they do not have motion sensors ..either they are connected to the light switch ..standard ...of they are switched manually ...most that come on with light have an adjustable delay action ..so it stays on for a while after the light is turned off ..some have a delayed start ..wheatever you have has a fault ..they are cheap to replace ..just make sure you ask for the type you have

Hi everyone,

In our toilet we've recently noticed that the ventilation fan that tturns on when someone is in the toilet isn't working. What happens is that it turns off automatically every few seconds then comes back on, is there a problem with the air flow? Or just the fan itself?
