Cleanliness has nothing to do with most of those bugs you mentioned. They're getting in from somewhere. Seal all cracks in the walls, floor, around windows, light fixtures, etc. Much better than sprays. A couple tubes of caulking is very cheap. Attach a floor sweep to your bedroom door to keep the critters from crawling under the door when it's closed.

I seem to have the whole bug population in my room. Ground beetles, stink bugs, wolf spiders, etc. My room is always clean so I don't understand why they're only in my room and not the rest of the house. I have two dogs, and I'm afraid to spray the house because I don't want it to bother my dogs. What should I do?!
