Purchasing a Sleep Number bed is another way to accomplish this... however, these beds are still expensive and they are full of synthetic materials and chemicals (anti-microbials, fixatives, flame-retardants, etc). If you are willing to look at something in the Sleep Number price range (their mattresses start at $1600 for a King), why not look into getting an organic mattress? Organic mattresses tend to be much more comfortable in terms of support and breathability... AND they are longer-lasting (Tempur-pedic recently had to reduce their warranty term from 20 years to 10 years). You said that you are looking for a "good" mattress, so I encourage you to look a little further and make an informed decision! Here is a great website to look at if you would like some more info: http://www.sleepsafeorganicmattressguide...
Try a Sleep Number bed. Adjustable firmness/softness for both and less than half of that cost.
i am vary fond of the sealy icomfort beds.
You should not compromise with quality just to save some amount. Mattresses should be comfortable so that you have comfortable sleep. Although the price you have mentioned is enough to get quality mattresses. You may check quality mattresses at the below link.
Tempurpedics aren't 9,000 for the most part. If you want a medium firmness Tempurpedic, try the Cloud Supreme Breeze. It'll run you about 4,000.
In the end, you should get whatever mattress best supports you and relieves pressure to your body. www.mattressnerd.com has a guide and some general information.
Been searching for a good mattress. Found the perfect tempur-pedic dual king cooling comfort. My husband needs a soft I need a semi firm and this was perfect and felt like I was laying on a floating cloud! But I'm not paying $9k for a mattress set! Any suggestions?
