No you can't. You could never keep Salomon alive. They are a cold water and open water fish. Plus your talking thousands of dollars in filters, water testing. Temperature. Fish medicine. Permits. Etc. But you could with catfish I guess.
As long as it does not interfere with the Water Skiers there should be no issues.
