I really have no idea. One of my renters left it in the garage when he moved out. There are 3 pieces (that I found, anyway) total. I don't know if they all connect together or if they are used separate. The part that opens spins around, almost like a mixer. The man that left it was an electrician, so it could be a tool used to do electrical work. That is my only clue.
