It all depends in the "zoning" laws concerning the property. Check with the courthouse where the home is built. Some areas are restricked to only winter use.In addition make sure you have proper travling to and from the property in the winter time season and the hose is winter livable. Such as insulation and or recieving heating fuel for the winter.
check out local bylaws and if it in some sort of park where you need to pay fees you will need to ask them.
