Vacuum daily to break the reproduction cycle. It's cheaper and less offensive to your environmental health than chemical sprays. If after 2 weeks of daily and complete vacuuming and you still have the problem, call in an exterminator.
I've just found quite a few of these while vacuuming upstairs. They're small, maybe 1-2cm. I've no idea what they are, I've called pest control but I'd really like to know what they are and how to get rid of them! I live right next to a huge field so it could be pretty much anything, but is there any experts? Sorry about the category I couldn't find a "bug" one.
