From what I can see, its a stink bug...

I found this bug sitting at the base of the stem on one of my sprouts. This bug has a very fast reaction time. Anytime I put anything within about a foot of it, it quickly moved around to the opposite side of the plant. In appearance it is small and brown. It kind of resembles a rock or something along those lines. It's eyes seemed to be like an orange-red color. I couldn't get a good enough view to see how many legs it had. It also appeared to have some cotton-like object or part and the back end of it's body. Looking for any help with identifying it. Thanks in advance!
