These days every thing is recycled. If you go to youtube and type: How it's made, I'm sure you'll get your answer there. I know I saw how they made that on the show (How it's made.) I hope this helps.
I'm just wondering what the cardboard tube is made up with because you see different colours inside little specks mostly red lines and dots why is this ?
Also when they make them do they wear gloves when touching them after the machines have made them up or not
