Good for you but be safe and at least get lighting. until you find what you want.Candles aren't all that safe.I believe you can get a lantern from the camping section,coleman makes one but really these are not made for indoor use unless you get the battery kind.Best advise check it out online you should be able to find something you like reasonably priced.

Okay, so I am trying to buy things made in the USA instead of in China. Obviously it is way more expensive and we are not even middle class people. I really just want a cheapo lamp to tide us over until we can afford a nice one. Am thinking I will have to just buy a family dollar lamp, but would be willing to pay 20.00 for an American made one if anyone knows of a website that sells cheepies made here in the red white and blue? No mean comments. I am not judging anyone if they only buy made in China. This is just a personal decision and one I would like to keep. But if I don't have the money...well I don't have the money. Anyway...so your help would be greatly appreciated. Thought about using old candles until I saved up the money to get a nice handmade lamp.
