Forget the big box chain stores -- they liquidate that stuff after Christmas. Try a craft store, or ask at your locally-owned hardware store.

Try a PARTY store.

Garage sales always have them.

So I need Christmas lights (the ones that actually twinkle) but I'm not sure where I can find them in stores this time of year. I'm not looking to spend a lot of money and I don't want to order them online. Any suggestions?! Thanks!
