I have some stuff that gets too liquidy in the heat also....I use an old insulated lunchbox and some of those blue ice things. If there's a freezer, you can keep one in there and switch them out. That way you can keep them in your room.
Down low, on the first floor, on the north side of the house, away from any window.
If Your new Place has a Basement- THAT would Do. Otherwise the LOWEST ( un-trafficked ) Place in your House- should be the Coolest. :)

I'm going to be somewhere without air conditioning and it gets pretty hot. Where can I put creams, makeup, etc to keep cool? Pantries?
