if indeed you are old enough to move out and be on your own then you are old enough to do the leg work to get the answers you need......simple..get the local newspaper..look up rental properties ..then go to find the one you can afford and be happy and clean and warm in & still be able to afford to eat....also you will need to go to a supermarket and choose a weeks worth of food as much as you think you and your girlfriend will need to eat.one week times four weeks per month will tell you how much it will cost just to eat....now you add that to the cost of the new flat & do not forget things like heating electricity parking and anything else which needs to be paid out by you and you have the answer you need....................welcome to the world of being a grown up......don't forget to thank your family for putting up with you all this time.
