I have a nice 14 Foot by 6 foot deck on the third (top) floor of my apartment complex. It's summer now and i would like to do something with it. I can't put on anything covered in cloth like a couch due to my lease agreement but I still want to make the deck a pleasent place to be. Any cheap ideas?
