There are a few types of lights that can be hung in bedrooms! One type is strand lights, or Christmas lights. These most commonly are found in white, multicolored, and blue. These are actually very hard to find when it's not holiday season - but all you have to do is plug them in and drape them around your curtains or bed frame.
Another type of light is paper lanterns. These are so cute! They come in all different sizes and are almost always spheres. There are bigger ones that can be hung alone and much smaller ones that are "strung" together like Christmas lights are.
If you're having issues getting the cords for the lights to stick to your bumpy walls, you can use a stapler or clear tape to secure them. You won't even see the staples/tape!
I am not so sure on how lights should be mounted on your ceiling or if you can provide an image, it would be very helpful.

were is a good place to find lights. i always see people have these lights in their room. and where can i get something to hold them up? my walls are not flat theyre bumpy. its as if someone had painted it years ago and while painting made it have bumps. if that makes sense. so its kinda hard for things to stick on my wall. but my room is weird cause i have one part that is flat so it will be easier to hang some of the lights there. please help. i would like to have most likely white lights and some that hang low like you would hang them above something and lights will dangle down a little. if that makes any sense either. lol. hope this is understandable. i would really like to get some for my room. please and thanks!
