If you look on a color wheel you can see that orange and blue are complements and red and green, so I would go for one of those as opposed to red & blue

What Brandon said ^. Red and blue are possible the worst two colors you could put together. They're on opposite ends of the color wheel.

Ice blue, and a primary red would look good together.

Try neon blue with a really dark shade of blue that's close to black.

I think so! It depends on how you combine them, but done in the right way they can be really eye catching!
