Does bed position has relation to sleep quality?

Such things have been known to happen. You can get 3/4" Styrofoam sheets at any home improvement store. Cut it to the exact size of your window and tape it in place. That will greatly improve the comfort of the whole room.

It's possible that your mattress is old. Did you know you are supposed to turn it over every six months? You can get a quilted mattress cover for about ten bux anyplace that sells bedding and that will make a surprising improvement in comfort. (Not foam. Quilted.)

Yes it makes a difference. Move it away from the window and try the head against an east wall. We respond to light , it's harder to sleep during the day than at night. East wall keeps the sun off you as long as possible in the morning .

mine is located away from the window I hate the sunlight, it disturb me every morning.so I keep my room dark and cold.

Yes position of bed where is located affects sleep quality.

I dont think so

Like that there is wooden separation behind it or the bed is in front of window.

I sleep always like 6 hours but I do not feel energetic. From years, I feel that my head is crumping or muscle tension, I do not know why and how.

My bed is in front of window and home heater. Boiler "gas" heater, not flame one.
