Finding millipedes in home, weird places?

The eggs were in the pasta where it was processed. Most people don't know eggs come in flour and other foods. That's how weevils get in flour. We are safe from the eggs because they get cooked.

Yesterday I'd noticed a tiny ruddy brown millipede on one of my bath towels that had been in my linen closet. Today I found TEN alive inside a bag of dry pasta! What is going on?? Both places I've found them have been super-dry, no dampness or humidity at all! We've NEVER had a millipede problem before but I read that they can get bad in damp weather, if I find more, is there anything I can do?

I plan on cleaning out my bedroom and vacuuming, making sure my window is shut tight and drying it out as much I can. It wasn't really all that humid in the house though, so why would they be coming inside... and how did they get in a sealed pasta bag? Eggs? Yuck, the thought is so gross.
