Ok, so I'm 20 years old and I'm building my first house, what would be some good ideas of things to add? I live in a drought prone area so I will get a couple of rainwater tanks, solar panels. Was also thinking of speakers in the living area/patio controlled by a dock in the living area. A fire pit in the patio, as well as a big *** bathtub in the master bedroom ensuite for me and the mrs ;)
My cousin also mentioned smart wiring, although I'm not sure what that is?
House plan is a single storey, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with a double garage. I have enough for 1/5 of the mortgage up front. For the record, I saved this money myself, so please don't lecture me about Daddy's money and being spoilt or anything :) I just work my *** off (60+ a week) and good at saving. Thanks
