Most interior doors are 32 inches, that is the standard. So I would assume most furniture would fit. Take some piece of your present furniture and see if you can get it through the door. Chances are it will go.

IKEA sells lots of kits that can be assembled inside the basement.

Looking for furntire for my newly finished basement. There is only a single door and the width is 32 inches with the door removed. Has anyone had any luck finding sofa's or loveseats to fit smaller spaces.
