The best way to rejuvenate an old fuchsia is to divide it. You would make even it happier cut cut into quarters. This isn't the best time of year to divide plants, I'd soak the roots in water for a couple hours before they are re-planted in humus rich, slightly acidic soil. Water and mulch them generously.

have a in ground fuschia, is very old. Have lived here about a year. Someone put a fence in, they divided it with an axe. I now have two fuschias. Both fushias flower a little.. Both fushias have curled leaves, red viney, leggy looking. I would love to save this plant.. Does any one have suggestions, or ideas for me.. I would really love to save this plant.
