Make sure everything is clean (clothes washed and pressed, dishes clean). Group like items together. Put nicest things up front to grab attention. Put some helium balloons out front to make it festive. Have a free box. I always have one with small items for kids. I usually make $1,000 or more.

On certain items hold your ground on price. On others price items moderately. And lastly make it enjoyable talk to the customers to find out what they are interested in and make some money.!!!!! GOOD LUCK
