spray everything down with white vinegar, it removes the scent of their trails, take 1 part borax and mix with 1 part confection sugar, put it on an old saucer or large jar lid, then place it near where the come in, you can make a tent out of newspaper to cover it, they will take it back to the nest and it will kill them all

Every year when it gets hotter, we usually get ants on our kitchen counter. No biggie really, we just use a repellent and they stop. However this year it's not working and the Ants are coming nonstop ! Nothing seems to kill them and it's only our kitchen counter. They're driving me nuts because nothing will stop them!! Cleaning the area multiple times and keeping it empty makes no difference and now they're on my sink! Please help. I was thinking a terminator but that would be my last resort (we have had bad experience with them before).

Anybody know a good repellent or something to keep them out? Please and thank you!
