It's winter, and about -15 outside. I don't keep my window open, I have no rips in the screen anyways. I keep my door closed so they can't come in from elsewhere. I don't leave food sitting out, I empty my trash everyday, and I'm very tidy. The flies are very annoying as I am studying for midterms (and finals soon) and all I hear is them buzzing around and hitting my window and various lights. I only keep about one or two sets of lights on when I'm in my room, and turn them off when I leave.
The only edible things I have outside of my fridge are my vitamins, 2 bottles of water and a pack of gum. I wash my dishes as soon as I'm done using them, and put them away. I also don't leave wet clothes or towels out.
I just want the flies gone! I'm tired of having to chase them down and kill them.
What can I do to get rid of them? (No plants allowed, no bug sprays, and no bug tape - that sticky stuff you hang).
