you need to take the screen off from the outside. after you push the bottom out you pull the screen down to get it out of the upper tract.

ok my screen is on the outside of the window. there are two tab like things on the inside that i move to push the screen out some but i can never get the screen out far enough to get out. also it's very loud when i try to get the screen out. any suggestions for how i can get the screen out quietly? I need to get the screen out further and i need to do it quietly. Any ideas? Thanks
