they should never collapse unless they are poorly made or not assembled the right way. get a decent one that is made well. you can inspect it periodically to make sure the bolts are tight and nothing is broken
So I'm thinking about getting a bunk bed to save space and my dogs would be sleeping on the bottom bunk. I'm just really nervous about the possibility of it collapsing and injuring my dogs. I'm 19 and well within the weight limit of the top bunk. Is it very rare for wooden bunk beds to collapse?
Would it be better/ safer to get a loft bed and just put a mattress on the floor underneath for my dogs?
