If you're planning to paint your walls, I'll suggest to paint a light color, like purple, since you like them. But any light color in General will look nice! I think light colors just make your room much cleaner and fresh! And to match with that, you can get just a simple white night stand, and a drawer to spice it up:)

For your bed, you can paint it with any shades of purple you want and a purple blanket with some cute throw pillows!

Also, you can go buy a wall decorator, like a poster you buy at the store or even a home made one! It will make your room so nice and pretty!

So I would do a lilac shade of purple on the back wall and like a cream on the other walls, then on the lilac wall put a silhouette of something you like (I did a tree when I was 18) a fairy maybe, or a flower, or some awesome design. Do the silhouette in a darker purple color. you could drape the fairy lights from the middle of the room to the outer walls. you could do dark purple sheets with a light purple comforter on the bed and I love mirrors, so hanging mirrors or making mirror art on the wall would be awesome!
