sleep with headphones in your ears that has your music playing so you cant hear anything besides that.

This may sound ridiculous but I'm DESPERATE!! Please help! I live in a converted studio flat where walls are thin and I can hear every little noise coming from my neighbours flat. It has become unbearable day and night my neighbours never stop making noises. I can't look for another place now and I need to find a home remedy to make me sleep at night. I have a thick foam camping mat (182 x 61 x 4cm) which I'm thinking of attaching/sticking to the wall in order to cover the noises coming from their flat. However I have no idea of how I can do this, please can anyone help me/give me some suggestions?
