This is what 80s houses looked like. If you're really dead set on this, to each their own. However something that's completely pulled from a past decade instead of having some retro twist that's fashionable, it'll look dated, not cool.
Decorate in Peach and Teal. Put a border around the top of your walls. Get "fake" Victorian accessories, like pillows with lace edges, and tassels on your dresser knobs. Seriously? the 80's? ;) Well--if you like it you like it. The 80's was a time when the "Victorian" look was really popular--pastel painted furniture, wall borders--and that incessant peach/teal color scheme--none of which was actually present during the Victorian age--but that's how it was promoted.
