you just have to keep practicing . over , and over , and over again .
I can do a single one perfectly but when I try to do a double I lose my balance and fall I keep my leg straight and tightened and my belly tightened and I keep my eyes on one thing like a cabinet and keep my eye on that one thing I've been trying to do a double for like a couple of months but I always lose my balance I just know I'm doing something wrong it won't work
