With bonsai ; Less is ALWAY's- Better !! So just Use 1 Teaspoon of Miracle Gro, for every Quart of Water ( Rain Water, or Bottled Water is BEST- by the way). And Water your bonsai with it- at Every OTHER Watering- through the Summer. From October thru February- no fertilizing... Just water once ever 7 to 10 days... :)

So I bought online 8 oz of Miracle Gro water soluble all purpose plant food but it came in a zip lock bag and did not have instructions. I am completely brand new with plants and have no knowledge at all as to how to properly use fertilizers. What I have read already though is that when it comes to bonsai and this fertilizers, that it should be diluted to half strength. But I have no idea as to how to even dilute it left alone how to calculate having to dilute it to half strength. Someone please explain it to my clueless self. Thank you!
