Call the police and have them go to the neighbors' house for a talk about your issue. The fun ought to end for them once they know they're being a nuisance requiring police involvement.
Ignore them and then they will find someone else. As long as you react they will do it. When it is no longer fun, they will stop. I tried telling my mother this but she wouldn't listen. If you keep reacting there is nothing that will stop them!
Document (video w/audio best) and call the cops. Family Services also, if the neighbors have kids. No need to be ambiguous.
Use a security camera and video their actions.After collecting the evidence you can approch the parente or authorties with it to make them stop.
They will continue to do it for as long as you show emotion. Ignore them and the fun goes away.
Put poison in their coffee..
They knock on my door and run away of course I've caught them ..... but they keep on doing it and they swear at my youngers
