get a cup and put it around it, but you have to nudge it a bit to get it to fly. then put it outside.

So i see this moth flying around trying to get to my fan light so i turn it off, it then decides to fly under on my tv, i decide that ill leave for for like an hour and then it will be gone, but i come back an hour later, and its still there in the exact spot it left, i can try and squish it because then ill hit my tv, how do i get rid of it?
