How to get rid of carpet beetles?

Not carpet beetles on a duvet and tiles. They lurk in the dark under furniture and munch crater in the carpet. They are white and look like grains of rice and you will see more than the number you are seeing.

I would use Insect Dust - Diatomaceous Earth. Diatomaceous earth is all natural pest control for ants, fleets, ticks, cockroaches, earwigs, beetles, spiders, and silverfish. This natural insecticide can be used indoors and out.

Lately I've been seeing tiny black and white insects on my duvet and on my tiles, and a lot of people, and a quit bit of research on the internet, have made me aware that they are carpet beetles.

I have no carpets or rugs in my house, so I don't find any there. I only ever find one at a time, and I've seen about 6 in the last 2 months.

Why do I have them and how do I get rid of them? Thanks
