How to get rid of red wasps and yellow jackets?

Once you find the nest, where they seem to be continually going to use an insecticide spray- ex. raid. It may not be natural but you will be hitting the nest area. If the area is not within your dog's reach. The spray shoots far away so you don't have to be close to the nest. Do this at night time, when the sun goes down as that is when they are not as active.

I have done this before with a nest entry I discovered & it worked.

One of the most popular and effective methods as far as how to get rid of red wasps is to treat the nest with an aerosol insect killer made especially for treating a wasp infestation. These wasp killer aerosols are fast-acting and capable of shooting tough insecticide poisons up to 20 feet away, allowing you to keep a safe distance while you deal with the issue at hand.

Always do this at night they will be dormant the most at night and when they all dead remove the nest or others can move in it. But be careful when you sprayed and think they all dead there may be one or two still alive which will attack you.

Yes its called water use a good pressure washer.

I have no idea where their nest is, we hired someone to come out and get rid of em but they couldnt find a nest and just sprayed a general spray to keep them away. We got our money back because they didnt use the "pet safe" spray they claimed to have and our dogs got sick. We have a.two story house so its not like i can just spray the roof. Is their any natural substance i can spray (when and if i find a nest. And even if i dont) to keep them away? Or plants i can put in pots and scatter around to keep.them away. We have three dogs and two kids and the last thing we need is for one em.to get stung and have a bad reaction. Has anyone tried the peppermint oil water spray? Does it work? I really dont wanna call someone else out here and waist my time and money just to have this happen again. Any solutions????
