A wire brush type attachment on a sander, but you'll still be a bit limited on how deep into the bamboo you can reach.
I understand that bamboo is already hollow, but I was wondering if there was a way to actually clean and get the small fiber-like particles out of the interior of the pole. I don't have a drill or many tools at hand. Any advice?
