I live in a tiny population 300 town. I just bought a house. This house has been empty for three months. It was a rental but the last lady who rentedit basically ran screaming out of it because of the roach infestation. Now the guy who owns it just wants to get rid of it because no one wants to rent it. I bought it because it was really cheap and I've gotten rid of roaches before. I was all ready for the battle when I moved in. But there are no roaches in site. I keep sitting back waiting to see a bug. Nothing. I've stayed here three nights and haven't seen a bug. I found combat under the sink and when i painted I found gel throughout the house.....Did I get lucky enough that the landlord got rid of them before I Moved in? it seems too good to be true...How do I know for sure they are gone? or is it a sit and wait thing?
