I went through this phase where I wanted everything to coordinate and match with everything else, and I was obsessed with this Paris theme.

My current style is kind of layered, grungy, 90s rock.

I can't repaint my room, the walls are light grey. My bedspread is plain black. I have wood floors, but a shag grey and white area rug I can't get rid of. My curtains are black with a white, curly-q design and I can replace them. My room isn't very big. I have a white wicker chair that can be replaced. Lastly I have a huge, carved, dark purple mirror on the wall. How can I make my room more "grunge"?

Also, I like the bands Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Soundgarden, Mudhoney, Screaming Trees, Flop, Hole, and Alice In Chains, if I need posters or anything.
