What kind of paint is it? And what is the bath made of?
Excellent - then start with a damp cloth and Jiff (guess you have tried that though)
Wire wool, softest grade first - rub gently and see if it shifts it - emulsion should give easily, gloss will be harder but a strong fingernail can shift that perhaps -
The owner painted his house 2 years ago. He left the paint brushes and rollers on the bathtub, the paint never came off. Leaving green and dark paint marks. It look all darkish like mold, but it isnt. When I bring guests, they think I am a filthy and dirty person.
