leave the house and go get a neighbour,did you leave any upstairs windows open which may have caused a draught to slam the door if not you need to get someone to look the place over with you

I'm alone right now and was baking cookies in my kitchen downstairs I heard my home alarm make a beep (which happens when someone opens a door or window) and then like a minute lateri heard one of the doors upstairs slam shut. I'm so scared. I'm too scared to move...what do I do?
