You can still do black and white theme even with beige walls. Once everything else decor wise is black and white, you wont even notice the walls probably. I have off white/beige walls with a white ceiling. I rent, so I can't change it. You just learn to work with the wall color..or ignore it. Cover it with prettyful artwork and posters in your colors, and you won't notice the walls. White walls look so sterile and cold anyways.
Or, very nicely thank your dad first for all his hard work, and then ask if you'd be able to repaint the walls with him, as you really wanted white walls instead. Apologize for not making that clear before, and be grateful for the work he already did.

If your room is ruined, sleep on the couch in the living room while you look for a place to live elsewhere. When you own your own home you can paint the walls any color you like even if you have a spoiled, ungrateful brat mooching off you. .
Beige and gray with black accents? Then a pop of red or teal for accents.

or.. next time you convince your dad to redecorate your room, go with him to the DIY shop, so you know, you can have some input into the colour scheme. and then HELP him decorate?
i'd be grateful that your room even got redone in the first place. i can't even afford to decorate, let alone whinge about colourschemes.
