Sounds like you have an older IKEA mattress, back before they adopted American Standards. Are you sure your mattress is 75" x 60"? That's an odd size, the length of a full but the width of a queen. Perhaps it came from a sofa bed?

Just buy the 160 x 200, which is roughly equivalent to a US queen size. It won't matter if the mattress is 5 cm smaller on each edge. Once you get a mattress pad and the bedding on it you won't notice the gap and it will be simpler to make it up than having a mattress wedged tightly in a too-small frame.

however the only sizes they have are 140x200, 160x200 and 180x200. can anyone suggest what size will actually fit my mattress cause i know that there is measurement mis-translation.
