Try Bed Bath and Beyond. Take the pillow you already have now and ask a sales person if they have something similar.
Try a chiropractor, I bought mine from one and it is very firm. It costs quite a bit though, I think mine was around $50.
I have one now which is about 18 years old, the pillow is made up of only hard little like beads. It isn't like any pillows they sell now, the pillow feels like it contains a bunch of hard pebbles. It is not any of the foam pillows, or bead pillows. It is like a micro bead pillow but the pebbles are much harder. Not like the ones they try to sell on TV and such. Has anyone ever heard of this?
